Inpatient Alcohol Rehab

Repair, Rebuild, and Renew

Our inpatient alcohol rehab is a dual-diagnosis alcohol treatment plan that requires individuals to stay at our facility for the duration of the program, typically 30-90 days and followed by outpatient aftercare.

Designed to provide our clients with round-the-clock care and monitoring in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Inpatient program provides individuals with a comprehensive treatment plan that may include individual therapy, group counseling, and holistic therapies. Inpatient alcohol rehab also offers resources and strategies to help clients cope with the challenges associated with recovery after they complete their program.

Our promise is that you will be treated with love & respect.

Our goal is to make Renewal Lodge your very last treatment stay.

Allow us the opportunity to provide you and/or your loved one the skills and tools to get and stay sober.

What are the benefits of inpatient alcohol rehab?

Inpatient alcohol rehab offers many benefits to individuals who are on the path to recovery. Here are 6 benefits of inpatient alcohol rehab:

1. Time + Space

Inpatient rehab provides individuals with the time and space they need to focus on their recovery without the everyday distractions that could tempt them back into alcohol abuse.

2. Safety + Support
Inpatient rehab facilities provide a safe and supportive environment for those recovering from alcohol addiction
3. Individualized Treatment
Patients in inpatient rehab can receive individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs
4. Resources
Inpatient rehab offers access to a variety of therapeutic treatments, including counseling and group therapy
5. 24hr. Care
Patients are able to receive support from staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week
6. Efficacy
Inpatient rehab is an effective way to overcome alcohol addiction and achieve long-term sobriety

Outpatient vs. Inpatient Rehab

Outpatient and Inpatient Alcohol Rehab both offer valuable treatments that can lead to long-term recovery. Outpatient programs involve regular visits to a treatment center, while Inpatient Alcohol Rehab requires an individual to stay at the facility for the duration of their program.

Inpatient alcohol rehab offers comprehensive care with 24/7 supervision and monitoring, making it ideal for individuals who need a more rigorous form of treatment. In cases of severe addiction, Inpatient Alcohol Rehab may be the recommended option as it allows for greater access to resources and support.

On the other hand, outpatient alcohol rehab is better suited for individuals who are able to live independently with outside support systems or have milder forms of addiction.

What can I expect during my stay at an inpatient alcohol rehab center?

Spending time in an inpatient alcohol rehab center can be a truly life-changing experience. You’re in an atmosphere where you’re supported in recovery and healing. Your days are structured based on meals, group therapy sessions, education, exercise, and recreational activities – all in the service of helping you reach your sobriety goals.

Developing healthy coping skills is one of the key focuses in inpatient rehab as life skills build self-confidence for long-term sobriety. Additionally, relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation and massage are offered to help in learning better ways to cope with cravings and triggers in order to maintain health and stability in your recovery journey.

Your inpatient stay at an alcohol rehab center gives you the opportunity to build a strong foundation in recovery.

Your 4-Part Recovery Process

Treat Your Whole Self

Alcohol abuse affects every part of a person: their mind, soul, and body. We believe your treatment should too.

Mindfulness in Recovery (MIR)® treatment uses the 12-step program, mindfulness practices, and medication to offer a holistic treatment program. So you can find lasting freedom.

Treat The Family

Alcohol Abuse never only affects the person suffering from the disease. It also affects the people closest to them.

The family program is a 2-day training program offered once a month where you’ll discover ways to help and support your loved one as well as ways to find your own inner healing.

Learn Emotional Regulation Skills

Many people use alcohol to cope with stress, trauma, and emotional turmoil. Learning to mindfully manage your emotions helps prevent lapses. It arms you with better tools to cope with heavy emotions.

We teach emotional intelligence to help residents manage emotions without relying on alcohol.

Leave With Courage

Your custom discharge and aftercare plan will give you the tools to walk in freedom long after leaving Renewal Lodge.

Your custom aftercare plan may include:

Dear Renewal Lodge Visitors,

My name is John Bruna, co-founder of the Mindfulness in Recovery® Institute, and more importantly, a grateful member of the recovery community. I am incredibly fortunate to have found my recovery in 1984. Of course, I did not achieve continuous recovery through willpower or my own efforts, but through the guidance and caring support of countless others that selflessly taught me how to live through the 12 Steps.

My journey of recovery brought this once homeless, shame-based, traumatized, insecure young man to a life far beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I discovered self-worth, the joy of helping others, the gifts of parenting and grandparenting, and most importantly the ability to live a meaningful and purposeful life with integrity.

One of the greatest gifts of recovery is that I have the opportunity to give back and help others discover their self-worth, dignity, and the skills to fully live lives that they find truly meaningful. This is the inspiration for developing the skills of Mindfulness in Recovery® (MIR) to meet the needs of new generations struggling with alcohol and other substance use disorders. MIR is a set of evidence-based skills designed to help people fully integrate their tools of recovery in ways that are personalized, practical, and in alignment with their deepest values.

While we train counselors and therapists throughout the United States and abroad, I personally have chosen to work directly with the amazing team and clients at Renewal Lodge to develop the model MIR 12-step program for the nation. I choose Renewal Lodge because of the vision of its mission and the dedication of its team. Renewal Lodge is an extremely rare environment in which the staff embodies the very mindfulness and 12-step practices and skills they offer their clients. The results have been beyond my expectations. It is an honor to be here and I treasure my personal time with every client I meet.

With Gratitude,

John Bruna
